Back in February, I bought a red light device. I had tried Red Light Therapy for my face a few times at my local acupuncture clinic and liked what I experienced.
Then I read even more about the many benefits of Red Light Therapy (aka RLT) and decided that it was worth the investment to buy a device for more regular use at home.

RLT has quite an impressive list of benefits:
