As a health coach who is also a flight attendant, I’m frequently asked how I manage to stay healthy while traveling so often.
The truth is, it did take me a while to figure it out. My first year of flying was a bit rough. 😬
However, over the years (9 years of flying!), I’ve developed systems that really work for me.
In today’s video, I take you through my entire day from start to finish on a 24 hour layover in Guyana. 🇬🇾
Getting healthy and staying healthy does not have to mean eating only salads and spending hours in the gym!
And anyway, that would be incredibly boring 😴
It’s about setting up systems.
Systems in your life that are easy, doable, and fun. These systems become good habits and before you know it, you’ve effortlessly created a healthy lifestyle.
