Yoga at Home (video) – an amazing stretch for your hips and hamstrings

Note: This video was originally made during Quarantine 2020 but I have left it up because I know how much this amazing stretch can help – Enjoy!!

Today we will be learning Supta Padangustasana, or Reclined Big Toe Pose.

This is an amazing stretch for your hamstrings and hips and is enormously helpful for lower back pain. My toddler also makes a hilarious cameo in this video! As schools are currently closed, she is home 24/7 now and wanted to join in the fun :)
